Pre-training assessment:
Before confirming sessions, I like to complete a brief assessment, which includes a health questionnaire, a chat about current fitness levels, likes/dislikes, goals and answer any questions, before I ask you to complete a few basic exercises to help me set the level for your first session.

Personal Training:
Each session includes warm up and cool down/stretches and generally lasts 60 minutes.

Group Training:

60 minutes outdoor Bootcamp session (weather permitting spring to late autumn)

Each session includes warm up/cool down and moderate to high intensity circuit format workout.


Single 1-2-1 sessions are £50 per session.

10% off for block of ten sessions paid in advance  £450.

Couples or partners sessions are £80 per session.

10% off for block of ten sessions paid in advance £720.

Online training 

Single session via Zoom link is £30

10% off for block of ten online sessions is £270.

Group Session - Bootcamp £10 per person.

Monthly Online Coaching £150 per month.

You will get weekly training plan (two online sessions), calls to discuss your progression, daily check ins contactable via email/whatsapp to answer any queries you may have, nutritional guidance and personalized gym or home workout.

Terms of business:

All clients must complete and sign consent and health questionnaires and complete their assessment prior to taking part in any programme. Payment is required at the session except block bookings which must be paid in full, in advance via bank transfer or  paypal. All client information will be kept confidentially and used only to assist in meeting their specific goals, it will not be used/sold by any third party. Cancellation of any session must be 12 hours notice, late cancellation may incur a charge/loss of that session from a package.
